A good idea to complete before you put your home on the market is to remove all of your bright white light blubs and replace them with a light bulb that offers a softer wattage. Washing your windows or having them professionally washed is something that is often overlooked. Cleaning your windows both inside and outside will allow for more light to come into the home and will make the rooms look clean. This is something that if it is not completed that buyers will notice.

This makes the home feel and smell warm and cozy. You can also put lavender and vanilla air fresheners in the bathrooms and bedrooms. This will give these rooms a spa like feel.
Make It Look Bigger Than What It is
When buyers are looking at homes they it to feel like the space is big. You can make your space feel bigger by hanging curtains that are floor length from the top of the window or you can lay a rug that has stripes to make the floor look larger. The bigger it looks the better it is.
